Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kupon Inc. (“we”) about your use of the Kupon app and website. By using Kupon you agree to them.
What Kupon is
Kupon lets you send friends “Kupons”: informal IOUs for favors, treats and plans. Kupons are a friendly reminder between people who know each other. They are not money, gift cards or legally binding promises, and Kupon does not process payments or guarantee that anyone honors a Kupon.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Kupon.
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Your username must not impersonate someone else or be offensive.
Your content
You own the Kupons and profile information you create. You give us permission to store, display and deliver them as needed to run Kupon. You are responsible for what you send.
Acceptable use
Don't use Kupon to:
- harass, threaten, bully or spam anyone, or send content that is hateful, sexually explicit or illegal;
- offer or request anything illegal;
- impersonate others or misrepresent who you are;
- break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the security of the service, or access accounts or data that aren't yours.
You can remove a friend at any time. Report a problem user or content to support@kupon-app.com. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account). We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or put others at risk.
Changes to Kupon and these terms
Kupon is evolving and features may change. If we make material changes to these terms we will update the date above and let you know in the app; continuing to use Kupon means you accept the changes.
Disclaimers
Kupon is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't responsible for whether a friend honors a Kupon.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kupon Inc. won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any amount greater than $50, arising from your use of Kupon.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Apple App Store
If you downloaded Kupon from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Kupon Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Kupon or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.
